Tina’s artwork is intuitive, colorful, body positive and joyful. If it makes her feel something - a word, a moment, the
abstraction of a person in a bird or flower - she paints it. Having lost 160 pounds on her own 22 years ago,
Tina’s life’s work has been one of mental and physical evolutions. During this period she also underwent skin
removal and breast surgery - which further altered the way she looked at herself - beyond the physical - and the
world around her. Creating art was a continued part of her healing process and another way to share
that all bodies are worthy of being seen.
